What we do
NLP Brisbane trains the nationally accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming course that allows people to enhance and develop their inherent core skills, giving them the internal resources to be incredibly self-sufficient and functionally robust, as well as the ability to facilitate others to achieve their outcomes.
NLP Brisbane trains its customers in New Code NLP, developed by NLP Co-founder John Grinder. This training has a focus on using logical processes that can be utilised across contexts, giving it universal effectiveness.
We have setup an environment to create a life changing experience where the participant is unable to not experience change, development and growth. Providing students with skills for personal change and the ability to teach the skills to facilitate the process with others, establishing congruency within the individual, by the individual.
We facilitate experiences for our students in the area of subjective change and personal development. We deliver the only nationally recognised, accredited NLP training at postgraduate level available throughout QLD, and the only nationally recognised, accredited Process Oriented Coaching qualification in QLD. We create tailor made solutions for all training needs albeit skill shortages. We provide a range of qualified coaches and practitioners for one on one personal development sessions and also delivering short, in house workshops in specialised areas such as communication, leadership and mentoring, sales to name just a few.
What problem we are solving
With growing demands for people to deal with increasing volumes of information and data, and with the need for this to be communicated between people, there are many points of potential breakdown of personal and organisational systems. Mixed in with our communication are many forms of personal filters that we pass information through that can impede clean effective communication.
We are providing a Meta model of communication and personal management processes that create an environment for real personal change, giving the individual greater awareness and therefore control, over the effectiveness of themselves and their communication. We remove the limited approach to learning by reigniting our inherent learning abilities. And give opening to greater awarness for many people in regard to the deep seeded questions of ‘what is it all about’? – ‘it’ being life. We see many students regain the ability to live a life, rather than passively exist in one.
On perhaps a small scale, we have solved the ‘limitations mystery’ for hundreds of individuals and small to medium businesses. At another level, we are on our way to solving the over supply of medium quality personal development trainings based on the ‘guru’ approach, by offering processes, whereby people can own sustainable development and obtain growth without feeding the ego’s and pockets of others. We have a distinction from the many approaches currently available in the area of NLP, by providing the only training of a quality that meets the Australian standards and the criteria of the national accreditation system.
