Practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis
Ericksonian Hypnosis is a subject worth learning in its own right. Milton H. Erickson was one of Grinder’s and Bandler’s original models and his communication patterns were essential to the development of NLP. As an introduction to Erickson’s work in the Graduate Certificate in NLP we include the Milton Model of Language.
The Practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis training teaches the importance of respecting the uniqueness of each individual and the development of trance states shaped for that person. Subsequently Ericksonian approach to hypnosis involves calibration, the use of context and indirect suggestion to facilitate learning within the individual, and therefore attention is given to rapport, communication, high quality information gathering and feedback.
